You have arrived at the official website for the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) student chapter at UC Santa Barbara. UCSB AIChE is proud to be one of the most active engineering clubs on campus. Club operations are designed to provide industry, academic and social value to our members in order to enhance their time at Santa Barbara and accelerate their future careers. A few of the many activities and programs AIChE offers include, industry oriented events such as information sessions and plant tours, the mentorship program, ChE Car, community outreach, and networking events.
Objectives for the 2015-2016 academic year involve initiating and developing new industry connections, cultivating the mentorship program and advancing ChE Car. Additionally, AIChE plans to nurture our relationships with other engineering and science clubs and plan joint events to enhance our members overall experience.
