Bio-Chemical. Brew. Experiment.
The Kombucha Project Series is new this year and is led by Allen Loomis. The team plans on accepting a small group of 15-20 students in Winter quarter to participate in 2 different lab activities. The project will conclude with a brew where students use the techniques from the lab activities to optimize their kombucha.
